On June 15th, the World Malayalee Council Swiss Youth Wing organized a spectacular bike ride from Zurich to Interlaken, Switzerland, to celebrate the deep-rooted friendship between India and Switzerland. The event brought together participants from different countries and cultural backgrounds, fostering unity and camaraderie.
✨ Event Highlights:
The bike ride commenced at 08:30 am from Zurich and concluded at 13:30 in Beatnberg, Interlaken, covering a scenic route that showcased the breathtaking beauty of Switzerland.
The rally was flagged off by the esteemed leaders of the WMC Women’s Forum, adding a ceremonial touch to the event and emphasizing the significance of women in promoting friendship and cultural exchange.
A total of 16 riders, including Swiss nationals and participants from various European countries, participated in the bike ride, showcasing the diverse international participation and the spirit of unity.
During the ride, participants enjoyed the picturesque landscapes of Switzerland and experienced the thrill of exploring the country on two wheels.
🍽️ Lunch at Lakeside Restaurant Landhaus:
After the bike ride, all the participants gathered at the beautiful lakeside restaurant Landhaus to enjoy a delightful lunch. The scenic location provided the perfect backdrop for them to relax, share stories, and savor delicious food while strengthening bonds of friendship.
🌍 International Gathering:
In the evening, a dinner get-together was organized, bringing together the WMC European leaders from Ireland, the UK, Austria, and Germany. This gathering facilitated cultural exchange and provided an opportunity for networking and building relationships among the participants.
