സീനിയർ അർബൻ ഫെലോ തസ്തികയിലേക്ക് നിയമിച്ച ഡോ. രാജേഷിന്‍റെ നിയമനം ഹരജിയുടെ അന്തിമ വിധിക്ക് വിധേയമായിരിക്കുമെന്ന് കോടതി വ്യക്തമാക്കി. അർബൻ ഫെലോ നിയമനവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട നടപടികൾ നിർത്തിവയ്ക്കാനും കോടതി നിർദേശിച്ചു.
